Hannah SchellMy memory is that I came across these stickers in the classroom - which is funny to think now about why there was a set of "defective" stickers in a Los Angeles Unified School District high school classroom! Were they for grading purposes? or evaluating the equipment?

Hannah SchellI think my former students and current colleagues are enjoying these for the silliness! Facebook is such an interesting space - I've been thinking this morning about people I know now (some of whom are half our age) and the neat conversations they could have with people I knew then. And the now retired professor who taught the course on Existentialism, which I got to then teach, and what he might say to my English teacher who in 1987 had us reading Camus and Beckett. I've enjoyed torturing a generation of students with Waiting for Godot and a little Myth of Sisyphus.

Hannah SchellGreg Bettinger Also: who knows what that guy (Dave Hirsch) is/was thinking. One of my few distinct memories from that time is waiting outside in the hall in order to go in the classroom to take the AP Calculus exam and he was whistling, happy as a clam. I'm still perplexed by that!
