Blob is a program designed to take grayscale images output by a CT-scanner, and locate objects in them. Specifically, it allows one to read in a PICT file, locate all regions above or below a certain grayscale value, split adjoining objects apart into separate regions, mask out areas with undesired objects that have grayscales in the range of interest, and save the data in real coordinates. It is designed to work closely with Integrate, another program in the suite.
