GraphCFs 1.1

Program Notes: 1 August 2000

General

This program takes a ".Reduce3D" file from Reduce3D, graphs four correlation functions in a window, and saves the window as a PICT file. Details of the graphs can be set using a preferences window.

Memory Required: 1024 (Might be much less, but this runs for me for one file. More open files will require more memory)

Operator Notes

  1. If you run the application, it will put up a selection dialog to select a reduce file. You can double-click one or more files whose creator types are all GraphCFs. You can drag one or more files onto the GraphCFs application icon or an alias to it. You can choose New from the File menu to select more files to open.
  2. If you have more than one file open, you can cause all open files to have the same bounds by selecting Related Windows from the Graph menu.
  3. The Preferences window (in the Edit menu) allows the setting of numerous details about the graphs, including the fonts, styles, text, colors, etc. The "Plot in Color" checkbox toggles between two sets of colors; one is constrained to be grayscales — you can pick a color with a hue, but the equivalent grayscale will be applied, and saved in the preference file.
  4. Save and Save As… both save PICT files corresponding to the top window.
  5. There is currently no save before close warning, since it is so easy to reload and replot.

Program Notes

The Ordering Index is plotted as 1/Ordering Index so that values below envelopes will indicate ordering for all statistics.
