If the stacks are bigger than their box, they can be dragged around, or (of course) you can resize the window, and the boxes will also resize appropriately.

This one is a partial with the center in slice 2. Note the heavy black line inthe stacks to indicate the bottom of the data volume.

This is a multiple, and the algorithm made the right guess. It's not clever enough to guess the slice number, though.
