Reduce3D is a program designed to take the 3-D object array from either Integrate (for a real sample) or Crystallize (for a simulation), and perform a set of statistical analyses on it. These are designed to measure both basic features (e.g., mean radius) and a statistical tendencies towards ordering or clustering of crystal centers. This program, and the attendant research, took about two years of my dissertation. It saves various types of files, but the main one is a text file with most of the statistical results, and the settings used to achieve them.
